Our practice is lead by a practitioner who has more than 20 years experience in the legal profession and corporate environment,

In the property law field, our legal team has experience in the transfer of freehold property, estate transfers, sectional title transfers,
opening of township and sectional title registers, registrations of mortgage bonds, cancellation of the bonds, and various conveyancing tranactions.
Being exposed to conveyancing work on behalf of public sector clients and commercial banks, our legal team
also render litigation cases on behalf of vasrious institutions such as banks.
On the commercial law, our legal team has been involved in the drafting of commercial agreements on behalf of clients and conducting due diligence exercises for state owned Enterprises.
We also render legal advice on commercial matters involving construction agreements including without limitation GCC,
FIDIC, NEC and JBCC, as well as matters involving NHBRC. We also specialize in drafting of contracts and assisting in negotiations,
litigation and alternative dispute resolutions in the construction sector. We also advise clients in the structuring and drawing of concession transactions
when infractructure is being built in the public and private sector.We also advise on employment law on matters involving collective bargaining,unfasir labour practices,discrimination,transfer of employment agremeents in mergers and acquisitions including retrenchments.
We appear in the CCMA, Bargaining Counsils, Labour Courts, Labour Appeal Court and conduct Disciplinary hearings on behalf of employers as well.
We also advise clients on regulatory compliance in enviromental law,mining law including execution of prospecting and mining rights as notaries public including advising on appeals in terms of the MPRDA and National Enviroment Management Act.
